Terribly rude staff. Rude to children, and adults. Not recommendable. I'd rather drive several kilometers for an ice cream instead of ordering something there.

Good ice cream and large terrace BUT the lady behind the counter is incredibly rude and angry with children and visitors. Everyone has a bad day, so we gave the shop a second chance and again there was only malice in the air. Conclusion: not again Down in the city there is just as delicious ice cream with a significantly better or friendlier service

Enjoyed the last rays of sunshine and a delicious ice cream. I think they did not expect so much clientele in the nice weather in October, but we were still served very friendly. We had to wait a bit, but it was worth it. After all, we were not on the run. The ice cream was a dream, I have not eaten ice for a long time. I have been here 3 times already. What bothers me a bit, there is unfortunately no pistachio ice cream, but there are nuts, Malaga and other delicious varieties. At the next table, a woman had not drank so much and went without delicious ice cream. Three minutes later she would have been tuned.

Best Granny Best Ice Cream

The ice cream is good and the price is right too. We actually go there to have an ice cream with our children after daycare. Unfortunately, the service and dealing with customers is not good. Children are not allowed to eat their ice cream there if it is only in the waffle. That means we are not allowed to eat in the glass cup in the waffle. The tone is sometimes friendly and sometimes really cheeky. Customer service looks different to me.

The ice cream is very good and tasty. The service is quick and friendly. Price performance is also okay.
